We love pets! At Tyden Lofts you can keep up to two (2) pets in your apartment… and we won’t even count the fish! But as it goes, we want to avoid any issues with pets and most importantly, we want everyone to enjoy their home.  Make sure to discuss our pet-friendly policies with our community manager.

Tyden Lofts is also SMOKE FREE so you can breath a little easier.  We believe a healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy home environment.  We don’t allow smoking in any apartments, common areas or outdoor spaces.  Smoking isn’t permitted within 25 feet of any building entrance.  Maybe we’re making it a little tougher to stay a smoker.  Maybe we think you’re worth it!
